McKenzie, Tenn.–A McKenzie man was arrested on indecent exposure and disorderly conduct charges this week.
McKenzie police officers responded to a call of a disorderly person call Tuesday and found Clinton Daily Hoard, age 37, completely naked on the font porch.
According to the report, Hoard was shouting incoherently, exposing himself to his neighbors and passing traffic.
Hoard was transported to Weakley County Jail.
