
Paris, Tenn.–It’s Queen Madison for the 70th World’s Biggest Fish Fry.
Madison Lee Vermillion was crowned the 2023 Hostess Princess during Saturday’s pageant at the Krider Performing Arts Center. Madison is 17, a senior at Henry County High School and the daughte of Mike and Misty Vermillion.
Her court will include:
First Maid Maddie Grace Ellis, 19, daughter of Mitch and Traci Ellis;
Second Maid Bryleigh Hayes, 17, daughter of Chuck and Cheri Hayes.
Runners-up: Alyson Elizabeth Bizeau, 18, daughter of Christie and Brian Bizeau; Halle Ann Casey, 16, daughter of John and Cecelia Casey and Kennon Wilson, 16, daughter of Jason and Traci Wilson.
With six contestants in this year’s pageant, changes were made so that all the contestants could participate in the court.
The contest capped off a day of Fish Fry pageants which continued Sunday.
The World’s Biggest Fish Fry is always held the last full week in April. The Fish Fry is organized each year by the Paris-Henry County Jaycees.
