The Benton County Courthouse will be hosting a Circuit Court Trial beginning Monday, February 27, 2023, and continuing for the entirety of next week. The criminal trial involves a Decatur County murder case.
Due to an expected heavy attendance by witnesses, family members and prospective jurors, parking will be at a premium all week. If parking is full in the courthouse lots, more parking is available at the municipal parking lot across from Craig’s Pizza, next to the District Attorney’s Office and a limited number of spots might be located beside the Agricultural Extension Office.
