Springville, Tenn.–Even with the rain and cold over the weekend, a hardy group of volunteers turned out to help clear the walking trails at the Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge. Brave souls turned out at the Springville refuge Friday and helped clear 2.5 miles of hiking trail. All the refuge trails are now ready for hikers. And on Saturday, volunteers showed up to help clean up the trails at Duck River Bottoms in New Johnsville. (Friends of Refuge photo)
