Paris, Tenn.–The Paris-Henry County Chamber of Commerce has released the full schedule for this summer’s annual Tennessee River Jam. Chamber Director Rachel Steedly said, “We have so many amazing artists and venues lined up for you June 1-4, 2023, right here in Paris, Tennessee. Start making plans now!”
You’ll notice a change in the schedule from previous years, with the all-day Saturday concerts at Paris Landing State Park being switched this year to an evening concert on Friday. Steedly said the switch was due to “scheduling conflicts that were out of our control.”
As with the other Tennessee River Jam events, the four-day experience will feature over 20 musicians at 11 local venues, with a few of the shows even being offered free.
The big kick-off in downtown Paris Thursday night will feature Nikki Bobo, Almost Famous and Jason D. Williams, all for free and it starts at 6 p.m.
Friday night at Paris Landing starts at 5:30 p.m. and features Johnny Mac, Drake White and Chris Janson, with The Piano Men peforming at The Beakers and the Back Lot Pickers at Blues Landing.
The music starts Saturday at 12:30 p.m. at The Breakers, with Songwriters’ Night set for 5:30 p.m. at the Crown Event Center in downtown Paris. Other venues that will feature music Saturday include the Dew Drop inn, The Breakers, Blues Landing. And, the Paula Bridges Band will perform a free concert at Eiffel Tower Park.
On Sunday, Johnny Mac will be performing at 2 p.m. at the Breakers in a free concert.
