McKenzie, Tenn.–With the McKenzie Rebel baseball and soccer teams advancing to the state tournament, the grand opening of the city of McKenzie’s new pickleball courts has been moved to 6 p.m. Monday, May 22. The new courts are located at the entrance of the McKenzie City Park at 570 Como St.
The grand opening had been scheduled originally for Tuesday evening.
The public is invited to the ribbon-cutting. Mayor Ryan Griffin said, “Thank you to the Park & Recreation and Public Work departments for all their hard work with this project!”
