Funeral Services for Mark Anthony Summers is Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at Tumbling Creek Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home at 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, at the church 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment is at Hopewell Cemetery, Brother Gene Price is the officiant, and Hunter Summers, Mike Summers, Taylor Summers, Chase Ramey, Alec Akin, Wade Chandler, Lee Chandler, Wyatt Chandler and Richard Pritchett are pallbearers.
Mr. Summers, 54 years old, died Saturday, July 8, 2023 at his residence.
He was a graduate of Gleason High School Class of 1987, a former member of McKenzie Bass Club, a Heavy Equipment Operator and a member of Tumbling Creek Baptist Church.
He was born in Paris, TN, February 21, 1969, to Robert and Linda Upchurch Summers.
He is survived by his wife Julie Blakemore Summers, daughter Brooke Chandler, son Hunter Summers, parents Robert and Linda Summers all of Gleason, a sister Reb Pritchett of McKenzie, brother Mike (Michele) Summers of Byhalia, MS and two grandsons Wade Chandler and Wyatt Chandler.
