Richard Franks, 29, of Obion, passed away Sunday morning, August 27, 2023.
Richard was born Wednesday, August 17, 1994, in Dyersburg, son of the late Richard Lee Franks and Jennifer Lynn (Bailey) Franks of Obion. He was also preceded in death by his infant sister and grandfather: Jerry Lynn Bailey.
He worked for Tyson Foods Inc.
He is also survived by two daughters: London Starr Franks. of Union City, and Kenley Alise Franks, of Troy; one brother: Dylan Franks, of Troy; grandmother: Linda Bailey, of Obion; one niece: Isabella Faye Franks, of Obion; and his stepfather: Timothy Ferrell Powers, of Obion.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Ron Gray will officiate. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery in Obion.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until time of services Wednesday.
