Dillard Wyatt

Mr. Dillard Wyatt, 78, of Dover, Tennessee, was called home to be with the Lord Sunday, August 27, 2023, at Tennova Healthcare Hospital, Clarksville, Tennessee with his loving family by his side.

He was born Thursday, March 8, 1945, in Stewart County the son of the late Oliver and Ruby Mitchell Wyatt.

Dillard was a member of Wyatt’s Chapel Church.

He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed being outdoors.

Dillard loved UT Vols Football and Austin Peay basketball.

He would travel many miles with family and friends to watch his team play.

Dillard was a hard worker and provider for his family, retiring from the Trane Company.

He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and a loyal friend to many.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of many years: Carol Wyatt and brother: Marshall Wyatt.

He leaves behind the family that dearly loved him, son: Tyler Wyatt (Sheryl), of Dover, Tennessee; daughter: Robin Baggett (Mike), of Springfield, Tennessee; grandchildren: Ashley Elliott (Dustin), Emily Howell (Mitchell), Kendra Burkett (Andy), Madison Tricker (Spencer) and Landon Norrod (Annah); six great-grandchildren; and special friend: Reba Burke.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 30, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Anglin Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will resume on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 9:00 am and continue until the funeral service at 11:00 am with burial to follow at Wyatt Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers, Dustin Elliott, Hayden Howell, Spencer Tricker, Andy Burkett, Mitchell Howell, Landon Norrod, Greg Crockarell and Mason Sills.

Honorary pallbearers are Tony Ezell, Billy Keel, Dotson Elliott and John Robert Underwood.
