Union City, Tenn.–Wilma Payne of Union City had a lot to celebrate at Saturday night’s Hometown Walk of Hope in Union City–she’s a 17-month cancer survivor. Payne works for WENK and was one of many who celebrated during the Survivor Walk at the 23rd annual event, which was held in Kiwanis Park.
