Annual Carl Perkins Pancake Day Is Thursday

Paris, Tenn.–One of Henry Countians’ favorite events each year is the Carl Perkins Center’s Annual Pancake Day and countians don’t have to wait much longer.

It’s set for 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, November 2 at the First Baptist Church Orr Hall.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased before the event or at the door. The doors will be open at 7 am for any early risers or families on the way to school. Dine in and carryout are available.

Meal will include Pancakes, Sausage, all kinds of toppings, and a drink. Coffee, milk, juice, and water available. This is the 9th year for the event and it continues to grow every year.

Last year, almost $12,000 was raised for child abuse prevention services such as,  Trauma Focused therapy, Victim Advocacy, Forensic Interviews, Parenting classes, emergency services, and Stewards of Children Child Abuse Prevention Trainings in the community.
