Paris, Tenn.–This year’s Spooktacular drew a phenomenal 6,000 people of all ages and the city of Paris issued a big thank you to all the volunteers, businesses and city employees who helped make the event a success, with a special thanks to the City of Paris Parks and Recreation staff for their time and effort putting together the event for the community. The event was held at the Eiffel Tower Park.
City officials have announced the winners of all the Costume Contests:
Ages 0-3
1st – Eva Kay Klopfestein -> Clown
2nd – Juniper Owen -> Cabbage Patch
3rd – Cali Noelle -> Beetle Juice
Ages 4-7
1st – Riley Watson -> Wednesday
2nd – Anna Garcia -> Peacock
