Rhonda Sue Martin Whitehead, 67, of Paris, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at her residence.
Rhonda Martin Whitehead was born Sunday, January 8, 1956, in Paris, Tennessee, to the late Clester “Duffy” Martin and the late Sara Ruth Glisson Martin. Besides her parents, Rhonda is also preceded in death by her sister: Deborah Martin.
Rhonda was a former LPN and worked for Henry County Home Health.
She was a Christian by faith who loved fishing, water skiing, riding horses, and being outdoors.
She is survived by her sons: Lee (Leisa) Whitehead, of Puryear, and Jeff Whitehead, of Springville; grandchildren: Collin Martin Whitehead, and Lane Martin Whitehead; sister: Sheila Gamble, of Lafayette, Georgia; nephew, Tim Flood, of Indiana; and best friend: Rita Page, of Buchanan.
Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, November 16, 2023, after 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at McEvoy Funeral Home. Her Celebration of Life service will be at 6:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with her uncle, Eddie Martin, and Bro. Raymond Eaton officiating.
