Paris, Tenn.–There was a surprise presentation Sunday at Progressive Baptist Church in Paris in memory of Roddy Adkission and Cindy Bobo.
The Henry County High Schools Wood Shop and Ag Class created a Blessing Box that will be placed outside the church on Rison St. It will be filled with food, toiletries and anything that could bless people in need in Henry County.
The etching on the Blessing Box says: The Adkisson-Bobo Blessing Box. Take what you need, leave what you can. Little becomes much in the Master’s Hand.”
Jammie Adkission said, “This was a happy occasion for me because Roddy was always so giving and loved to bless people with his cooking, time, and anything else needed. May not be the same; however, people will be blessed in his memory!”
