Paris, Tenn.–Thanks to the crews from the Paris Board of Public Utilties and the Parks and Recreation Department, Santa Claus is now on his perch, climbing the Eiffel Tower at Eiffel Tower Park. Brian Johnson was in the bucket and Jeff Perry was on the tower as the crews worked Wednesday.
