Union City, Tenn.–Obion County Sheriff’s Deputy Rusty Singleton was named West Tennessee Deputy of the Year at the Tennessee Highway Safety Office Holiday Meeting held at the Madison County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday.
Deputy Singleton was nominated for this prestigious award for his dedication to serving and protecting the citizens of Obion County without hesitation. He also received the Top Speed Enforcement Award at the Holiday Meeting. On hand to congratulate Rusty was Captain Scott Watkins with the Obion County Sheriff’s Office who serves as the Tennessee Highway Safety Office Project Director for the Obion County Sheriff’s Office.
