Obion Co. Central Basketball Homecoming Court

Last Friday, Obion County Central High School held its Basketball Homecoming Night during their game against South Fulton High School.

Senior Homecoming Queen Alayna Fussell was escorted by her father. She is the daughter of Dana And Fritz Fussell. She has been a member of both lady rebel basketball and softball team for four years. She is a member of Beta Club, Pep club, HOSA, and plans on graduating in honors. Alayna is also an active member in Troy Fist Baptist youth. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nephew Job Fussell, vlogging, spending time with her friends, and playing basketball. After high school she plans to attend union university where she will major in math and study pre-med.

Freshman Maid is Colee Forester. She is escorted tonight by her father Japheth. She is the daughter of Narika and Japheth Cunningham of Troy and Britt and Renee Forester of Chattanooga. She is a member of the Lady Rebel basketball and volleyball team and the OC pep club.  In junior high she was voted most athletic for playing softball, basketball and volleyball where she received All County Award her 8th grade year in softball. In basketball she received All County Award her 7th and 8th grade year and Area 18 All Tournament Award her 8th grade year. She is looking forward to continuing her career in volleyball and basketball in high school.

In her free time Colee loves to be with friends, riding four wheelers, shopping, and playing with her little brother. Nothing makes her happier than her dog Bree.

She attends Troy First Baptist church and enjoys participating in youth events. When she graduates, she plans to attend UTM.

 

Sophomore Maid Hartleigh-Jo Cary is being escorted tonight by her father. Hartleigh-Jo is the daughter of Joe Brent and Robbi Cary. She has been a member of the Lady Rebel Varsity Basketball team for two years. She has also been on the Lady Rebel softball team her freshman and sophomore year.  Hartleigh-Jo is also in the beta club. She was voted as class favorite her freshman year. She is in the art club and represents her class. At OC she is an active member of FCA and Pep Club. Hartleigh Jo was recognized as a Football homecoming maid the past two years. Hartleigh Jo also participates in various community service activities from helping with youth sports, camps, and school activities.  Hartleigh- Jo is also a member of First Baptist Church in Troy Tennessee. In Hartleigh-Jo’s free time she likes to go to the lake, shop with her nana, and hang out with friends and family and of course be the best aunt to her  favorite nephew, Klay Henry. After High School she plans to attend UTM and to major in education.

Junior Maid Reagan Armour is being escorted by her father tonight. Reagan is the daughter of Rhett Armour and Sharia Armour.  She is a member of the Ladey Rebel Volleyball, basketball, and softball teams.  In her free time, she loves to go to the lake and spend time with friends and family.  After high school, Reagan plans to attend college and become a nurse.

 

Second Maid Anna Brooke Correa is being escorted by her father tonight. Anna Brooke is the daughter of Greg and Mandy Correa. She has been a member of the Lady Rebel Basketball and volleyball team for four years. Anna Brooke is also a member of FFA, pep club, Beta club, and is a part of the honors program. She also is an active member of the Troy first Baptist youth group. Anna Brooke was awarded the Top teammate award, as well as all district player for the 2023-2024 volleyball season. She was also selected as “most likely to brighten your day” for senior superlatives. In her free time Anna Brooke enjoys hanging out with friends, working out, and reading her Bible. After graduation, she plans to attend Dyersburg state and complete the nursing program.

First Maid Sara Beth Key is being escorted by her father. Sara Beth is the daughter of Joe and Kayla Key and Jessica Keeling. She has been a member of the Lady Rebel soccer team for three years and the Lady Rebel softball and basketball teams for four years. Sara Beth is also a member of FFA, Pep Club, Beta Club, and National honor society. She is an active participant of the Troy First Baptist youth group. This past summer she was chosen to go to Washington D.C by the Union City Rotary Club. In D.C. she was chosen to lay the wreath at the tomb of the unknown soldier in Arlington National Cemetery. After high school she plans to attend Austin Peay State University and study Animal Nutrition.
