Tammy Marie Gooch

Tammy Marie Gooch, 55, of Paris, Tennessee, died Monday, December 4, 2023, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Tammy was born Wednesday, August 21, 1968, in Orange, New Jersey, to the late Theodore Falkowski and Connie Russano Falkowski, who survives, of Murray, Kentucky. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by one son, Bryan Dale Mullin.

She worked for several years as a certified nursing assistant at Fern Terrace in Murray, Kentucky. 

She enjoyed cooking, camping, and her plants. 

Tammy loved being with family, especially her grandchildren. 

She enjoyed collecting many different things such as antiques and Coca-Cola memorabilia. 

She was Catholic by faith.

She was married Friday, March 28, 2008, to James Gooch, who survives, of Paris, Tennessee.

Along with her husband and mother, she is also survived by four children: Breyanne (Justin) Sperry, of Murray, Kentucky, and Bryan (Kayla) Mullin, of Nevada, Blake (Deborah) Gooch, of Paris, Tennessee, and Hunter (Alexia) Gooch, of Puryear, Tennessee; one sister: Jan (David) Foy, of Puryear, Tennessee; 12 grandchildren: Dawson, Dalyliah, Lilley, Oakley, Ezra, Ella Rae, Stefani, Aiden, Jaxton, Oaklee, Liam, and Maya; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, Tennessee, 38242

Visitation will be Monday, December 11, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Ridgeway Funeral Home, and continue Tuesday, December 12, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at Ridgeway Funeral Home. 

The funeral mass will be Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at St. Leo Catholic Church, 401 N 12th St, Murray, Kentucky, 42071 with Fr. Josh McCarty officiating.

Family will serve as pallbearers.

A graveside committal service will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at Maplewood Cemetery in Paris, Tennessee, with burial to follow.
