MARTIN, Tenn. — The UT Martin WestStar Leadership Program hosted this year’s Vaughn RisingStar Youth Summit. The mission of the RisingStar Leadership Summit is to teach high school juniors of West Tennessee leadership skills and the importance of community involvement. This year’s summit featured leadership team building activities, campus tours and more.
