
Paris, Tenn.–On the third day of the Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction, the grand total raised is now at $16,608.
It was a long but good day, with 220 items donated. A total of $4,508 was raised for the day with items donated by East Wood Clinic, Tomorrow’s Hope, Paris Surgical Specialists, and West Tennessee Bone and Joint Clinic. Auctioneer today was Amy Veazey.
Auctioneer Thursday will be Noel Hatman, with the Quota Club manning the phones. Donating items will be Quota, Carey Counseling, Downtown Paris Association, and REL Asphalt.
Helping Hand runs from January 8 through February 28 and raises thousands of dollars each year for over 90 non-profit and public service organizations. Last year was a banner year, with a record-setting $519,630 raised.
