
Paris, Tenn.–Two-year-old Kay’Anna Taylor has been located and is safe. The child was located at a home in Stewart County with her mother this afternoon.
The child was the subject of an Endangered Child Alert issued by the TBI and the Paris Police Department.
Her mother, Emily Taylor, was taken into custody and is charged with custodial interference.
Investigation by the Police Department developed a home in Stewart Co. as a possible location where the little girl could be. Deputies from Stewart County Sheriff’s Office located them there on behalf of the Paris PD.
Police Chief Ricky Watson thanked the Stewart Co. Sheriff’s Office, Childrens’ Services and officers and telecommunicators for their assistance in the case.
