Details Released On Arrest Of Paris Non-Custodial Mother

Dover, Tenn.–More details have been released by the Stewart County Sheriff’s Office on the arrest of the Paris woman charged with custodial interference after she and her child went missing.
The 2-year old child, who was listed by the TBI as an endangered child was located by Stewart County Sheriff’s Deputies in a camper located off Hwy. 120 Wednesday January 17th.
The child was under the custody of the Department of Children’s Services and was taken by the mother who is facing charges in Henry County. The child was reportedly taken by the non-custodial mother and had been missing since last Friday.
Sgt. Robbie MacDonald and Corporal Aaron Taylor acted on information received and located the non-custodial mother and child hiding in the shower of the camper. The mother resisted arrest and the child was turned over to Paris Police Department and TBI authorities.
