Paris, Tenn.–Beginning today, the Henry County Sheriffs Office will start renovating and updating its dispatch and telephone communications center.

For approximately four weeks, citizens will need to contact the Henry County Sheriffs Office at the temporary number of 731-642-0912 to file a report or if an officer is needed in a non-emergency situation.
Citizens may contact the sheriffs office at 731-642-1672 during normal business hours of 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Callers may experience a delayed answer or even a busy signal outside of normal business hours if attempting to contact after 4 PM.
Sheriff Josh Frey said, “We apologize for this inconvenience. We will continue to update the public as we renovate and resume normal communication operations. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we improve our services to Henry County.
To speak with corrections about inmates callers will still need to contact the jail at 731–641-0250. This number is answered by the corrections staff.
