Martin, Tenn.– Greg Barclay of Obion County is participating in the University of Tennessee at Martin WestStar Leadership Program Class of 2024.
Barclay is the assistant director of Obion County Schools. He is a Leadership Obion County graduate and South Fulton Middle/High School Teacher of the Year. He serves on the Operations Team of the Fulton First United Methodist Church.
Participants attend a series of sessions held through June focusing on topics such as economic development, public policy, education and technology. The program equips regional leaders with new skills and knowledge designed to impact the educational, economic and social development of West Tennessee.
