The Henry County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division has been investigating the Solicitation Sexual Exploitation of a Minor by Electronic Means case involving several underage children in Henry Co.
According to Sheriff Josh Frey, the investigation developed a suspect, Levi E. Hamilton, a Henry County resident.
Hamilton has been arrested and charged with one count of Solicitation Sexual Exploitation of a Minor by Electronic Means. The investigation is still ongoing and more charges are likely to be filed if more victims come forward.
