Henry, Tenn.–Jamie Jones teaches the boys how to hold the seats for the young ladies at Thursday’s Elegant Dinner at Henry School.
Jones and his wife Becky organized the event, which was the first annual such event at Henry School. The Elegant Dinner was served for students from Kindergarten through four and it featured fancy decorations and fancy food for the kids. Plus, the servers were teachers and parents.
The kids wore formal wear or their Sunday best and learned proper dinner time manners and toasted each other at the beginning of the meal. Joy Stubblefield serenaded everyone with harp music during the meal.
The menu included popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli and cheese and pineapple symphony.
