Paris, Tenn.–The Paris Pickleball Club gives back to the city of Paris in the form of a check for $3,000, making the total the club has donated to the city at $11,000.

Marsha Banasiewicz, the club’s Public Relations Secretary, presented the $3,000 to the Kim Foster, City Manager and Tony Lawrence, Director of City of Paris Parks and Recreation Department, on Tuesday, along with other members of the club.

The funds are generated from the Eiffel Tower Classic held in May and sponsored by Knott’s Fine Foods of Paris.  In the past three years the club has been able to donate $11,000 for improvements to the park.  In accepting the check, Foster said: “The City of Paris appreciates the partnership formed with the Paris Pickleball Club and look forward to the future.”
