Highway 104 Closure – Milan Arsenal
Martin Paving Company will begin removing two railroad crossings within the Milan Arsenal starting on or after September 2, 2025.
Closure Area: Highway 104 from the Milan city limits (just east of Milan Park) to Highway 220
Duration: Closed until project completion
Detour: Traffic will be routed from Highway 220 to State Route 76, which turns into Highway 79 back into Milan. A signed detour will be posted for the entire closure period.
Please use caution at the stop sign at the intersection of Highway 220 and State Route 76, as traffic is expected to increase in that area.
Please allow extra travel time, plan ahead, and use alternate routes.
