
Murray, Ky.–A Paducah man is charged with threatening to destroy a business in Murray.
On Sept. 4, the Murray Police Department began an investigation into an individual who was accused of threatening to shoot a large liquid nitrogen tank at a business in Murray with the intent to destroy the business. Officers learned that Kendall Gaia, age 27, of Paducah, KY had sent threatening messages stating his plans.
Officers continued their investigation including obtaining an arrest warrant for Terroristic Threatening 2nd Degree and identifying Gaia’s whereabouts. The Paducah Police Department assisted the Murray police department and arrested Gaia based off of its arrest warrant.
The Murray Police Department would like to remind everyone that any person charged with a criminal offense is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
