Murray Man Found Passed Out In Car

On Saturday around 1:39 PM, officers with the Murray Police Department responded to a call of a person passed out in their vehicle.  Upon arrival, officers were able to wake the operator of the vehicle, and through investigation, they learned that he had been operating the vehicle under the influence of controlled substances. 

Officers also located methamphetamine in the driver’s possession. 

As a result, Aaron Hayman, age 33, of Murray, was arrested and charged with Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Controlled Substances 1st Degree and Trafficking in Controlled Substances (Methamphetamine).  Mr. Hayman was lodged in the Calloway County Jail.

 

The Murray Police Department would like to remind everyone that any person charged with a criminal offense is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
