Paris, Tenn.–The Noon On The Square stage will be in a different spot on the courtsquare in downtown Paris this year. The stage is at the southeast side of the square instead of the north side. Historically, Noon On The Square was always held on the north side because that’s where the shade trees were, but the trees are gone now, so Commercial Bank & Trust officials thought they would try something new this year. They’ll be putting up tents for the food and water lines and this will place the stage closer to the electrical hook-up located on that corner. The event is held each Friday during October and Johnny Mac will kick things off tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The ladies from Paris Quota will be serving the sack lunches. Shannon McFarlin photo.
