Henry, Tenn.–A camper was destroyed by fire but firefighters were able to keep it from spreading to nearby structures early this morning in Henry.
Henry Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched at 2 am to Lumber Road to find a fully involved camper fire.
Engine 3 as well as Engine 4 responded with multiple firefighters and quickly worked to control the fire from spreading to nearby structures. Firefighters quickly knocked down the flames and began checking for hot spots and flare ups.
Paris Fire Department was also dispatched to assist, but were cancelled in route to scene. Henry County Sheriff’s Department was also on scene.
