MARTIN, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee at Martin will welcome potential transfer students with a Transfer Experience Day on Friday, Oct. 24. The day takes place during National Transfer Student Week, Oct. 20-24.
The day begins at 10:30 a.m., when participants check in at the Boling University Center lobby. During the welcome address, participants will hear an overview from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, then hear from a panel of current UTM transfer students and ask panel members questions about their UT Martin experience.
Following a provided lunch, the participants will visit colleges based on their chosen major.
This year marks the second year for UT Martin to host a Transfer Experience Day. The university had 385 transfer students at the start of the fall 2025 semester.
