Murray, Ky.–Recently, the Murray Police Department began an investigation into a sexual assault. As a result, Dustin Owen, age 39, of Murray was arrested on one count of Rape 3rd degree and one count of Custodial Interference. Murray Police would like to thank the Kentucky State Police and the Murray State University Police with their assistance in this case.
The Murray Police Department would like to remind everyone that any person charged with a criminal offense is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
