Join everyone at 11:30 a.m. Friday, October 24, on the courthouse square in downtown Paris for live music and lunch on the square, sponsored each year by Commercial Bank & Trust.
Lunch will be served by the Paris Elks Lodge, with proceeds benefitting Project HELP, a local program that provides utility assistance for Handicapped, Elderly, and Low-income Persons.
