Paris, Tenn.–Each year a person, or persons are chosen to be designated as DPA Ambassadors for the upcoming Holly Jolly Electric Christmas Parade December 8. This year that honor is given to the City of Paris Public Works Department and the announcement was made today. City officials said, “Director Chris Moseley and his crew never hesitate to help us out in any way they can.
