Paris, TN — Lifeline Blood Services recently partnered with five local financial institutions for the inaugural
Battle of the Banks friendly blood drive competition on Thursday, December 4, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at
First United Methodist Church in Paris.
Participating banks included Carroll Bank, Commercial Bank & Trust, First Bank, Regions, and Security Bank, with Commercial Bank & Trust taking the top honors with 14 units of blood donated. The trophy will be presented Tuesday, December 16.
The results are in! 51 lifesavers were registered to donate and 38 units were collected which resulted in 114
lives impacted by their donations.
