Elaina Wood (right) of the E.W. Grove Freshman Academy of Henry County High School graduated with the University of Tennessee at Martin WestTeach Leadership Program’s Class of 2025 on Dec. 16. WestTeach was created as a class project by the 2017 WestStar Leadership Program class to support teacher development. A new class is selected annually by the program’s advisory council following nominations by school superintendents and directors.
