McKenzie, Tenn.–At Thursday night’s monthly meeting of the McKenzie Mayor and City Council, the McKenzie High School Marching Rebels were honored with a proclamation recognizing the marching competition accomplishments of the entire band this past fall as well as individual awards and accolades of specific groups within the band. Mayor Ryan Griffin read the proclamation and presented it to band director, Daniel Capua. Afterward, Mayor Griffin, Capua, and band members gathered for a group photo.
