“Big Red Rush, the student-led enterprise at Henry County High School and Grove, has officially launched. We had our first and second day and it was a great success! Teachers are really enjoying it,’ said Allison Evans, Economics and Marketing teacher.
Big Red Rush, a student-led enterprise in Evans’ Hospitality Class, offers a variety of drinks, such as hot coffee, iced coffee, lattes, energy drinks, and dirty sodas with multiple options of flavored syrups and add-ins that everyone loves.
Big Red Rush is available for Henry County High School and E.W. Grove Freshman Academy faculty and staff and open for ordering during first period of each day. Once students receive an order, they make the drinks, and then hand deliver the drinks for a convenient and caffeinated experience. “We are excited to apply marketing and business operation skills, execute the student-created business plan, and offer exclusive deals and loyalty programs for our amazing faculty and staff!”, Evans said.
