Willie Joe Millraney, age 90 of Paris, TN, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Farms of Puryear.
Joe was born in Warren County, TN, on June 12, 1935, to the late C.L. Millraney, and the late Novella Mae Dykes.
He married Doxie Lancaster Millraney on December 15, 1958, and she preceded him in death on December 27, 2025.
Joe was a member of Eastwood Church of Christ. He retired after many years of service as a milkman for Goldenrod Dairy and had previously worked as a grocery clerk in Illinois. Even into his mid-eighties, Joe continued working at Cash Saver in Paris. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time browsing yard sales.
Joe is survived by two sons Tommy (Kim) Millraney of Paris, TN, and Timmy (Barbara Metcalf Gordon) Millraney of Mt. Juliet, TN; four grandchildren, Jason (Karen) Millraney, Luke (Brittany) Millraney, Amanda Millraney, and Thomas Millraney; and six great-grandchildren, Alexandria, Noah, Chloe, Isabella, Lucas, and Bryce; a sister-in-law, Maude Witt of Paris, TN; and two nieces, Sherry Ritter, and Debbie Morris.
In addition to her wife and parents, Joe was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, January 23, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., at Ridgeway Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Ridgeway Funeral Home with Jess Hedges officiating.
Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park with family members serving as pallbearers.
