From Carroll County Mayor Joseph Butler:
Due to inclement weather and dangerous road conditions, and for the safety of our employees and visitors, all offices of the Carroll County Office Complex, Court House, Health Department, and Civic Center will be closed Monday, the 26th, and Tuesday, the 27th.
The closures do not impact emergency operations or services.
Everyone please stay safe, enjoy time with family, check in with elderly friends and neighbors, take special care of your pets, and say a prayer for those out serving our community in these difficult conditions.
