Sandra Nicole “Sandy” Gallimore age 41 of Puryear, TN, died Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at the Murray Calloway County Hospital in Murray, KY.
The Puryear Fire Department shared the following tribute on its Facebook page:
“It is with heavy and shattered hearts to say we have lost one of our sisters in service, and one of the most lovely and beautiful human beings in the world. She was a firefighter, a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a best friend. Please keep the Gallimore family in your prayers, and our fire family as we grieve a tremendous loss.
Sandy, you are so incredibly loved and have touched the lives of too many to count. As it hurts so terribly to lose you, we will try to carry on in your example. Courageously, lovingly, selflessly, boldly. We will take It from here, sister.

Ridgeway Funeral Home 201 Dunlap St., P.O. Box 788, Paris, TN 38242, will be handling the arrangements. Visitation will be held Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Ridgeway Funeral Home from 4-6 pm. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 6 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
Cremation will follow the service.
