Search Warrant Executed; Three Arrested On Drug Charges

Paris, Tenn.–Two arrested in a drug bust in Paris are being held on $1M bonds each, while a third person is being held on $100,000. Drug Task Force agents were assisted by Henry County Sheriff’s deputies and K9 Lisa.

On February 5, 2026, the 24th Judicial District Drug & Violent Crime Task Force Agents, along with the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, executed a narcotics search warrant at a home on Caledonia Street in Paris.

Drug Task Force Agents seized approximately one-quarter (1/4) pound of methamphetamine packaged for re-sale and drug paraphernalia.

Three occupants of the address were arrested. Steven Baker, Elizabeth Gualtieri, and Gary Olive were all charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Manufacture/Delivery or Sale in a Drug Free Zone. Drug Task Force Agents also charged Baker and Gualtieri with Aggravated Child Abuse and Neglect due to possessing methamphetamine inside the home where children were present.

Baker and Gualtieri’s bonds were set at one million ($1,000,000.00) dollars. Olive’s bond was set at one hundred thousand ($100,000.00). Drug Task Force Agents were assisted by Deputies of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office and K9 Lisa.
