Paris, Tenn.–As Chairman of the Henry County Commission, Henry County Mayor Randy Geiger has called a special meeting of the Henry County Board of Commissioners at 5 PM on Wednesday, February 25. The meeting is concerning the matter involving EMS personnel formerly employed by Henry County and/or the Henry County Hospital District (or its subsidiaries) who were not qualified to receive TCRS benefits. The purpose of the meeting is to receive a status update from legal counsel in an executive session and, thereafter, to consider a proposed tolling agreement and possible settlement authorization.
Except for the executive session, the meeting is open to the public.
