Lucille Jackson, age 96 of Paris, TN, died on Sunday, March 1, 2026, in Paris, TN.
Lucille was born November 23, 1929, in Big Sandy, TN, to the late Charles Fletcher Wade and the late Lola Ann Westerman Wade.
On April 4, 1953, Lucille married Burnard Jackson, Jr. who preceded her in death on March 15, 2010.
She was a faithful member of Temple Baptist Church in Paris for more than 50 years, where she joyfully served as a children’s Sunday School teacher. She also enjoyed cooking and sewing.
She is survived by her two daughters, Rhonda (Richard) VanCleave of Columbia, TN, and Deborah (Lonny) Noble of Paris; five grandchildren, Tim (Amanda) VanCleave, Bethany (Sam) Maxwell, Jacob (Katy) Montgomery, Brittney (Jacob) Chapman, and Dakota (Whitney) Noble; six great-grandchildren, Carly VanCleave, Noah VanCleave, Emma VanCleave, Natalie Maxwell, Kathryn Maxwell, Canyon Noble, and another one on the way, Levi Chapman.
Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. Visitation will be at Ridgeway Funeral Home on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 pm with Rev. Richard VanCleave officiating.
Grandsons and a great-grandson will serve as pallbearers.
Entombment will be in the Rose Lawn Mausoleum in Paris.
