Troy, Tenn.–Tae Stallings of Obion County Central High School made it official Monday afternoon by signing with Capital University, a private university in Columbus, Ohio. Stallings was surrounded by family, his school family, teammates and his high school coaches, who said, “We are proud of Tae’s accomplishments and wish him the best as he continues his football career!”
