
Paris, Tenn.–Paris and Henry County Healthcare Foundation in collaboration with the Delta Rural Health Initiative are hosting a Diabetes Workshop to help you or your loved one with diabetes take control of their health. This complimentary 6-week initiative is designed for people with diabetes and their caregivers, helping them learn important skills for managing their condition and working well with healthcare providers. Led by educators certified by Stanford University’s Diabetes Self-Management Master Trainers.
Each session is FREE and extends a warm invitation to spouses, family members and caregivers. This workshop is facilitated by Tina Umstead, LPN Community Health Specialist of the Paris and Henry County Healthcare Foundation Delta Rural Health Initiative.
Sessions run every Monday starting now through Monday, April 27th. They are held in the Private Dining Area of the WTH-Henry County Hospital. The workshop starts each Monday at 9:00 am and runs until 11:00 am.
