Amanda Blow | Vice President of Accounting
Amanda Blow, a native of Atoka, Tennessee, has been promoted to Vice President of Accounting, where she will oversee all financial operations for the firm. Since joining LIS in 2023 as a Billing Specialist, Blow was quickly promoted to Controller and has continued to advance within the organization, playing a key role in strengthening financial systems during a period of significant growth. Her ability to bring clarity, discipline, and strategic insight to the company’s financial operations has enhanced internal processes and supported informed decision-making across the firm. Known for her precision and forward thinking mindset, Blow has been instrumental in positioning LIS for continued expansion. She is a two-time graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she earned her MBA, and is an active member of the CFO Leadership Council.
Trevor Teague | Vice President of Engineering
Trevor Teague has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering. A licensed Professional Engineer and Registered Land Surveyor, Teague leads the firm’s engineering department, overseeing projects from initial survey through final civil design and construction documentation. His ability to bridge surveying and engineering ensures seamless coordination and high-quality deliverables for clients. Teague is a graduate of the University
of Tennessee at Martin, holding a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is also a member of the 2026 ACEC Tennessee Leadership PE Program cohort. In 2025, he was named the inaugural recipient of the Jim Ayers Torchbearer Award, recognizing his professional excellence and dedication to serving rural Tennessee communities.
Caleb Orr | Director of Business Development
Caleb Orr has been promoted to Director of Business Development, where he will lead and shape all business development efforts across the company. A Paris native and graduate of Bethel University, Orr joined LIS in 2023 as a Project Administrator before transitioning into a business development role, where he quickly established himself as a key contributor to
the firm’s growth. Through a relationship-driven approach and a strong understanding of the industry, Orr has been instrumental in expanding LIS’s market presence, strengthening partnerships with clients and contractors, and identifying strategic opportunities across the region. His ability to connect operational insight with business strategy has helped position the firm for continued success and long-term growth.
Kallie Veazey | Marketing Coordinator
Kallie Veazey has been promoted to Marketing Coordinator. Since joining LIS in 2025, Veazey has brought a high level of energy, creativity, and initiative to the firm’s marketing efforts, playing a key role in elevating brand visibility and strengthening community engagement. Her work has helped establish a more cohesive and recognizable presence for LIS across digital platforms and in-person initiatives, effectively connecting the firm with clients, partners, and the communities it serves. Veazey’s ability to pair creative execution with strategic messaging has supported ongoing growth and expanded outreach efforts across the region. A Clarksville native and graduate of Union University, she is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Her continued development reflects LIS’s commitment to investing in both its people and its brand.
