Paris, Tenn.–Construction of the Zaxby’s restaurant in Paris is on target for completion in August of 2026. The sit-down restaurant is being built on Mineral Wells Ave. right next to the Starbucks. The restaurant will be built with the new farmhouse style. City of Paris Community Development Director Jessica Crouch said the Zaxby’s will be a sit-down restaurant that will seat 56 and also feature a two-lane drive-thru.
